The violent communication used by advertisers can harm the mental health of others and negatively impact organizational effectiveness. One root cause of this issue is people’s tendency to blame others instead of taking responsibility for their own actions.
To address this, ONE LIFE CONNECTION could provide training to low-level advertisers, helping them develop a clear mindset for facing violent communication and expressing their feelings to upper management.
