Mental health issues, particularly among young people, are a serious concern in Vietnam. Ngay Mai’ Hotline needs to launch a campaign to raise awareness and offer initial consultations for those struggling with depression or psychological instability.
It is a discovery that words can greatly affect one’s mental health, either positively or negatively.
